Curavi · Your personal assistant

Terms of Service

Effective 26 August 2026 · Last updated 17 September 2026 · Curavi is operated by Solventi LLC ("Curavi", "we").

1. The service

Curavi is your personal assistant, available through web and mobile applications. It reads accounts you connect with read-only permissions, keeps notes about them, and provides alerts, reminders and answers based on those notes. Curavi is currently in private beta: features and availability may change. You can create an account through the app; access to paid features requires an active plan or access granted by Curavi.

Curavi can also send email on your behalf, but only if you turn sending on for a mailbox, and only a message you have read and approved on the confirmation screen — never on its own. A message you approve is sent from your own account and is your message: you are responsible for its content, and you should read it before you approve it.

2. Your account

Curavi is for adults. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into this agreement to use it; we do not offer the service to anyone under 18. You are responsible for the accounts you connect and for keeping your sign-in secure. Connect only accounts you own or are authorized to give access to.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use Curavi to break the law, to access data you are not entitled to, to probe or disrupt the service, or to send content designed to manipulate it. We may suspend accounts that do.

4. Plans and credits

Paid plans are billed monthly and credit packs once, as described at purchase. Depending on where and how you purchase, payments are processed through Stripe, Apple's App Store or Google Play. The purchase screen identifies the payment provider and applicable price. Credits reflect the actual processing cost of what Curavi reads and answers, shown per item in the app. Unused credits stay on your account. Beta accounts may receive credits at our discretion; we may change plans and prices with notice.

You can cancel a plan at any time; it stays active until the end of the period you paid for. When a plan ends, Curavi stops reading your sources but keeps your notes and history so that a new plan resumes where you left off. We keep them for as long as Curavi operates unless you delete your account; these conditions may change, and we will notify you if they do.

5. Nothing here is professional advice

Curavi's alerts, summaries and answers are produced by automated systems reading your data and can be wrong or incomplete. They are information to help you decide, not legal, financial, tax or medical advice. Always check the original before acting on money, deadlines or contracts.

6. Your data

How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms. You keep all rights to your content; you give us only the permission needed to provide the service to you.

7. Warranty and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solventi LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from a missed, late or incorrect alert; our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Termination

You can stop using Curavi and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or end the service for breach of these terms or if we discontinue the beta, with notice where practical.

9. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Solventi LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If we change these terms materially we will notify you in the app; continued use after that is acceptance.
